Well, there are no existing Module::BuildX classes.  Under 
Module::Build, we already have:

   Module::Build::Convert
   Module::Build::Debian
   Module::Build::JSAN
   Module::Build::Kwalitee
   Module::Build::PM_Filter
   Module::Build::TestReporter

So there seems to be some precedent.
