Uh, but DistGen does generate this test:

     use Test::More tests => 1;
     use strict;

     use $self->{name};
     ok 1;

So with that `use` statement there, it is finding and loading the  
module. From where I don't know; it's best to pass the `lib` parameter  
to TAP::Harness anyway, as you say.
