Re: r11190 again! 0.2808_04 will not install in Strawberry Perl 5.10.0.2...

I think that PJF was trying to get there with IPC::System::Simple --
but wound up needing to rely on Win32::Process on Win32.  That's at
least pretty standard on a Win32 system, including latest Strawberry
Perl.
