Early smoke results on Win32 for 0.2808_05

After a day of smoking (and only 3 hangs), the count is 350 pass, 20
fail, 20 unknown and 89 discarded (prereq fails).

I don't know how many are Module::Build modules, though.  But nothing
looks obviously wrong so far.

I'm going to update my smoker to take a distribution list and look for
the list that someone posted of modules to test a while ago.
