I am attempting to gain access to my long-dormant PAUSE account, ibb. When attempting to log in I am greeted with the message:

User 'IBB' set to nologin. Your account may have been included in a precautionary password reset in the wake of a data breach incident at some other site. Please talk to [email protected] to find out how to proceed

Please let me know if you can assist me in regaining access.
