DateTime::Format::Natural: PAUSE vs www.cpan.org vs MetaCPAN discrepancy

Hi,

All three of them have differing file "states", i.e. PAUSE is clean
(no dev files, etc.) whereas www.cpan.org is quite messy compared to
MetaCPAN, which is less chaotic.

It has been like that for several weeks now...
