When I added indexing permissions for you, I missed some of the modules, as the whole picture of modules in that distribution is somewhat complication.

The error message you got when you did the release was telling you that some of the modules weren't updated in the CPAN Index, but the main ones were.

I've just added the missing permissions, so next time you do a release, there shouldn't be any which aren't indexed.
