Adopt lexically?

Hello,

I'm interested in adopting the lexically module. If you can grant me
the privilege I will release the next version.

I am additionally interested in the fact that it's an all-lowercase
"pragma"-like module and the exact syntax looks perfect for becoming a
proper core-supported feature.
