Transfer ownership of module Business::LCCN

I would like to transfer my CPAN module Business::LCCN to user JANW.

(He has an update ready to go at https://github.com/eansearch/Business-LCCN)

My PAUSE user ID is ANIRVAN.

I would transfer ownership myself, but when I tried to log into PAUSE, it said my user ID is set to nologin.
