    I am the lead maintainer of STRling, an open-source,
    object-oriented regex library currently supporting 15 languages. I
    would like to publish the official Perl bindings (STRling.pm) to
    CPAN to provide Perl developers with the same instructional error
    handling and structural pattern-matching tools available in our
    other language tracks.
