Unable to login to PAUSE (set to nologin)

Hi!

I'm trying to login to PAUSE with user FRACTAL. I did a password reset, 
but then when trying to login I get the following error:


User 'FRACTAL' set to nologin. Your account may have been included in a 
precautionary password reset in the wake of a data breach incident at 
some other site. Please talk to [email protected] to find out how to proceed

Please try again, probably by using the Back button of your browser and 
repeating the last action you took.
