Co-maintenance rights for Crypt::SaltedHash

Hello,

I've asked Gerda Shank for maintenance rights to Crypt::SaltedHash but 
apparently they are only co-maintainers and cannot transfer ownership.

The module was last updated in 2013 but is owned by Sascha Kiefer 
(ESSKAR) who seems to have not released anything since 2006. They only 
have their cpan.org address.

The module has some outstanding issues and needs updates.

Are you able to grant ownership or co-maintainer status to me (RRWO)?
