Error: User 'RJC' set to nologin

Hello,

I've been going through my old online accounts in order to update
email addresses and change passwords.

While attempting to log onto pause.perl.org, I've been greeted with this
message:

	User 'RJC' set to nologin. Your account may have been
	included in a precautionary password reset in the wake of
	a data breach incident at some other site. Please talk to
	[email protected] to find out how to proceed

	Please try again, probably by using the Back button of your
	browser and repeating the last action you took.

How do I proceed in order to get my account unlocked?
