Adopt or Co-Maint on Apache::Session to address CVEs

Hello all,

I see 3 CVEs listed for Apache::Session and it seems CHORNY hasn't been 
active since January 2021.

I mostly would like to see a new release to address the CVEs. We can 
adopt if needed, but maybe comaint is enough?
