Hi Kawamura-san,

I see that you've done a number of releases of HTTP-API-Client, but they have all failed to be indexed, because PAUSE user MICVU has the first-come indexing permission on that module. They did releases from 2016 through 2021, though seemed to have deleted them.

If you want to do releases of this distribution, you need to get permission from Michael Vu (MICVU). You could email him and ask for co-maint, or if he's not interested in the distribution any more, he might transfer the first-come indexing permission to you. If he gives his blessing, I can give you the indexing permission on his behalf (easiest if you cc [email protected] on your email to him, and he then cc's us in his reply).
