Undefined subroutine &Moose::Exporter::_flag_as_reexport

Hi,

I have published module 
WWW::Google::PageSpeedOnline to CPAN yesterday with my first 
implementation of Moose. I have since got CPAN Testers Report showing 
failed test which I dont seem to have any clue about. As of version
0.02, it says 3 PASS, 3 FAILS.

Moose v2.0006
Moose::Util::TypeConstraints v2.0006
namespace::clean v0.20

3 PASS:

3 FAIL:

Here is the error:
