MooseX::Getopt change to --help

MooseX-Getopt-0.42-TRIAL contains a change where requesting usage
information via --help, --usage or --? will now print to stdout and then
exit with status 0, rather than dying.  Since there is a small chance this
may break other releases, this is a trial release for now.

I will likely make this a real release in a week or two if I don't hear
anything, so if this affects you, or if you have any other comments, please
let me know!
