Now reverted to __PACKAGE__->meta after being enlightened on IRC.

I can hear my wife's voice in my head: "stop trying to grow a brain,
dear, and just do what you're told." :-)

Apparently if you're a client of Moose, then __PACKAGE__->meta is
the way to go, but if you're writing MooseX:: extensions then it's
better to go the Class::MOP route to meta as described elsewhere.

...I think.
