Thank you. I've (hopefully) fixed the bugs that were causing this test
to fail, and otherwise cleaned things up, fixing a bug reported from
CPAN, and getting things pretty much into their final form, and pushed
to the branch for you to test, rebased to latest blead. There are also
some final experiments to see what other Encode-related commits don't
have to be in 5.22

I started a smoke of your mro csect fix to see what happens:
http://perl5.git.perl.org/perl.git/shortlog/refs/heads/smoke-me/khw-nmro
Results should be available at:
http://perl.develop-help.com/?b=smoke-me%2Fkhw-nmro

I know, though, on my system it displayed a warning message that I
suspect people will not want to ship a release with having it. That
leaves doing something in the hints file, or changing the name of one of
the mro.c files. The branch I've pushed for you to test includes
changing the name of one of of those files, with all other mro EBCDIC
changes removed. Hopefully this will work, and we won't have to play
csect games.
