Some of the things I imagine we need to discuss on the list could be 
the following:

- the next workshop
- lessons learned from SPW in Copenhagen
- place of next workshop (Stockholm, but where?)
- format of talks (lessons learned from SPW)
- registration software (reusable components, payment system)
- anything related
