Thanks for the feedback. We've checked with the venue and we are also 
able to have it for the week prior to the one we suggested. So now we 
have as options:

18th and 19th June (as originally suggested)
11th and 12th June (one week earlier)

Obviously, we'd like to make it possible for as many people to attend as 
possible, and it appears that moving it a week earlier could enable that.

Does anyone have any reasons why the the 11th and 12th would be a bad 
option? If not, then I propose we take the earlier dates.

We intend to make a final decision on this in around a week.
