Intent to arrange Nordic Perl Workshop 2018 in Norway

Hi.

I'd just like to tell you that Oslo.pm intends to arrange Nordic Perl
Workshop 2018 (unless someone wants to fight us for it ;-). We also plan to
have a MojoConf track as part of the NPW. Will get back to you shortly with
more info about dates and locations.
