Roadmap to a Vote

Hi,

I tested the waters for a vote to promote the P5EEx::Blue
code base to the P5EE namespace a short while ago.

I got some decent feedback, as you can see by reviewing
the archives from 5/11 to 6/5.

I plan to discuss the following things and then call for
the vote.

   * Sessions
   * Widgets
   * Repositories

(In fact, I do not intend to call for a vote if it does not
appear obvious that the vote will pass.  Rather, I might
add some items to the discussion list.)
