Nice catch!

Yes, it appears I have/had an older version installed. I thought I only had one version installed as I had previously tried uninstalling through "Programs and Features" before installing the new version.

At any rate, removing " C:\Development\perl\strawberry\win64-5.14.2.1\perl\bin" from my system path variable fixed the issue.

Thank you very much for pointing this out!

Best regards,
Kevin

That one is unrelated to your problem.

Huh, where did this C:\Development\perl\strawberry\win64-5.14.2.1\perl\bin\perl.exe
come from, that doesn't look like something from Strawberry Perl 5.20.3.1 64bit.
Do you have several versions of Strawberry installed?

Cheers, Roderich
