Greetings,
I upgraded a W32 box to 1.029 and now, without the —unicode flag to pp, I get the known missing utf8 stuff message but with the flag, I get this:

mkdir C:\DOCUME~1\philkime\LOCALS~1\Temp\par-7068696c6b696d65\cache-0bab97549cd8
82c3469a7c0f89999accdc2c8565\inc\lib\version\: File exists; Cannot create a file
when that file already exists at /loader/HASH(0xb1d3c4)/Archive/Zip/Archive.pm
line 198.

I also noticed on all platforms I am seeing this, seemingly harmless but new warning:

Use of uninitialized value $key in exists at C:/strawberry/perl/site/lib/Module/ScanDeps/Cache.pm line 67.
Use of uninitialized value $key in hash element at C:/strawberry/perl/site/lib/Module/ScanDeps/Cache.pm line 68.

ModuleScanDeps is 1.20. Any ideas appreaciated.
