Par::packer installation issues

Hi all,

I had trouble manually installing Par:Packer by getting the following error message:

Perl makefile.pl   was OK without error message just a couple of warnings.
Dmake issued error messages like below:

Dmake.exe: Error code 129,while making 'main.o'
Dmake: error code 255,while making 'subdirs'


This is Active perl 5.24.0  on Windows  server 2008 X64 bit OS

I'm not sure it is system error or related to Par::Packer although I have tried different combinations of Mingw/dmake.
All ended up with the above windows errors.

Any input was very much appreciated.
