Hi,

I am trying to install pp on Win 10, ActiveState Perl (5.24.1) but I'm
getting an error while installing PAR-Packer and it says to report it to
"the author".

The error is that a number of files seem to be missing from the kit
(downloaded from cpan):

        inc/Module/Install.pm
        inc/Module/Install/Base.pm
        inc/Module/Install/Can.pm
        inc/Module/Install/Fetch.pm
        inc/Module/Install/Makefile.pm
        inc/Module/Install/Metadata.pm
        inc/Module/Install/Win32.pm
        inc/Module/Install/WriteAll.pm
