For Net::SSH2 these DLLs are probably:
- libssh2*.dll
- libz*.dll
- libgcrypt*.dll
- libgpg-error*.dll

The last two may be different if the cryptography backend used by
libssh2*.dll was something
other than Libgcrypt (e.g. OpenSSL or mbedTLS).

But I recommend Shawn's pp_autolink to save you the work to transitively
check for DLL dependencies.
