Looking for a good email parser

Hi, 

I'm new to this list, and also new to email parsing. 

I'm looking for a good email parser which can easily extract different fields (e.g. subject, time, etc.) and contents (e.g. text/plain, text/html, image and attachement, etc.)

Examples will be really appreciated.
