Greenstone or Fedora

I know this is a little off topic, but I was wondering if anyone in the
group has used or is using either Greenstone or Fedora for creating a
digital library.  If anyone is willing to correspond with me privately,
I will appreciate your help.  I am interested in batch import and export
of metadata from either system.
