Second use of module-starter (plus Module::Starter::Smart), with Build for the build process.

Just set up a simple .module-starter/config like so:

plugins: Module::Starter::Simple Module::Starter::Smart
author: Bill Dueber
email: [email protected]
builder: Module::Build
verbose: 1

Then:

  module-builder --module =My::Module

...and you're off to the races.
