Hi,

I've uploaded 0.92 of MARC::File::XML to CPAN.  The only changes since
0.91 are to POD and packaging, including adding back a copyright
statement in the README to satisfy Debian requirements.  From the
change log:

0.92 Thu Jul 30 22:37:07 EDT 2009
      - small documentation changes to close RT tickets #48334 and #48333
        filed by Jonathan from Debian world.
      - added license string to META.yml so that CPAN can pick it up

Thanks to Jonathan from Debian for the bug report and Ed Summers for
doing most of the fixes.
