Hi,
I have uploaded MARC::Charset 1.32 to CPAN. Changes from the previous
version are:
1.32 Thu Jun 30 16:38:32 EDT 2011
- make sure utf8 flag set in output of marc8_to_utf8
This change resolves a problem encountered when converting certain
characters such as o with stroke from MARC-8 to UTF-8.
