How to detect invalid permutations of MARC fields, subfield, and indicator

There is a question about how to detect invalid permutations of MARC

I guess that someone more familiar with MARC processing can easily
provide a code snippet to analyse MARC data based on a set of
reports/rules, as described in the question.
