MARC::File::XML 1.0.1

Hi,

I have uploaded version 1.0.1 to CPAN.  Changes since 1.0 are:

- RT#83284: return empty MARC::Record given empty <record/>

My thanks to Dan Wells and Colin Campbell for testing the fix.

A note for packagers: if you've already packaged 1.0, I recommend packaging
1.0.1 ASAP because it turned out that there's a fair amount of clients of
MARC::File::XML that depended on an empty MARC::Record being returned when
given an empty record element.  If your latest package is of 0.93, you may
want to hold off for a bit, as I have another release planned that will fix
a long-standing bug concerning extracting self-closing <record/> tags from
a batch.
