  test-dist-modules.pl: only test Devel-PPPort once

We always test Devel-PPPort since it is needed by the other dist
modules, but if you only wanted to test Devel-PPPort and asked for
that on the command-line, it would be tested twice.

An empty command-line would of course test (almost) all of dist/
