  Porting/customized.t:  Cross-check CUSTOMIZED files

* Reformat regen instruction, placing statement on one line for ease of copy-and-paste.

For: GH #24700

With:

* POD formatting corrections.

* Standardize on U.S. spelling of 'customize' for consistency with
filename.

* Tidy indents; standardize on 4 spaces.  Eliminate one unnecessary use of braces to
create a block.

* Use an indented heredoc with a heredoc terminator different from first
character in the lines of the heredoc.

* perldelta for changes to t/porting/customized.t.

  Don't export PP, PP_wrapped to XS code

These are convenience macros for a few files in the perl core, and are
of no use to XS code.  They constitute name-space pollution.
