[perl #75628] setsockopt() with fileno($s) as first parameter makes perl segfault

This is a bug report for perl from [email protected],
generated with the help of perlbug 1.39 running under perl 5.10.1.

When running the following piece of code, perl segfaults. While it
is clear that the code does not work, perl should not segfault but
rather spit out a warning:

A backtrace follows (though I do not have debug symbols, so it is
probably not very useful):
