Basic plan - changelogging tomorrow in flight, roundup and freeze thursday

I have all commits up to 0a18a49 on my laptop; will be attempting to elicit
a changes file from the commit messages and diffs (spending all day tomorrow
on planes MAN -> PDX).

So expect a message thursday morning saying "here's a list of commits I
don't understand well enough to be sure of the entries" asking for help with
those, and a message about the same time saying "please stop making more
work for me" - I don't plan it to be a hard freeze, more a "don't push anything
now unless it's really important".

See you all from PDX.
