I have >200 commits towards a new release of this.  But then I realized 
there was overlap between it and regen/embed.pl, which I've been working 
on ever since,.

If there had been a call to release a new version, I would have done so, 
with the bare minimum needed.

As it is, I hope to get it done or nearly so at the PTS in Vienna
