I suggest adding a label to each discussion, such as performance, feature, core design, enhancement/refactor, etc.

In the spirit of experimenting, and hopefully not abusing the repository
maintainer powers I still seem to have, I have enabled Discussions on
the perl/PPCs repository on GitHub.
