I thought that mail sent to cpan.org would just be forwarded on to the
nominated (actual, real world) address.
Is there someone around (with the required privileges) who is able to
see that actual address that Mark had nominated ?
I think that sending Mark a notification to that address would be the
first thing to try - though, of course, it might now also be defunct.
