Depends on what you're looking for?

- some "discouraged" distributions (that have a superior alternative) are
catalogued at Perl::Critic::Policy::Community::DiscouragedModules
- distributions that have been abandoned are sometimes marked with the
NEEDSHELP, HANDOFF or ADOPTME pause ids
- distributions that are just plain abandoned/unmaintained are largely
unlabelled, because the act of marking them as abandoned is contradicted by
the very act of abandoning them in the first place
