Perl 5.44 release schedule

(repost because I didn't see the first one appear)

Hi all,

As alluded to by Aristotle's recent PSC meeting summary, we have
decided we need to do a 5.43.11 release, because we have a bunch of
little fixes and various things that we'd like to go through the usual
point-release round of testing, before we begin the release candidate
process for the actual 5.44 release.

Be expecting a 5.43.11 in the usual form at some point in the next few
days. Suffice to say this will push out the final release schedule past
the initial ballpark of "20th May 2026", so I imagine sometime around
the end of June we'll be ramping up for that final form of the
production release.
