Not clearly.

The exact date will depend on the release manager of course.

But a desired date is also not settled yet. OT1H, we do not want .11
postponed for weeks and weeks; OTOH, we are still catherding fixes that
need to get in, and we want to avoid having to do a .12 just because we
didn’t wait long enough for all the fixes to make it into .11, and then
possibly having to do a .13 to really stabilize everything. Effectively
code freeze got somewhat undermined this year by outside circumstances.
