Perl 5.42.3-RC1 is now available!

We are pleased to announce the first release candidate of version 42.3,
the third maintenance release of version 42 of Perl 5.

You will soon be able to download Perl 5.42.3-RC1 from your favourite
CPAN mirror or find it at:

for v5.42.4!

The final v5.42.3 is expected to ship on 2 August.
