Rakudo Bug,

Please see a discussion of "more than one 'zef'"

Bottom line is that  the link to 'zef' on your Rakudo Download page
should be changed to <https://github.com/ugexe/zef>
or  <https://modules.perl6.org/dist/zef:github>
