Since this is good source material FOR the topic (I sure need it)...

A quick check with PH confirms this book out of print since March 99.
However, "Building Your Own Compiler with C++" ISBN: 0-13-182106-7 is
available. Published Nov 1994 so it's quite dated but the theory probably
isn't too bad (the website is wrong on the publish date). It seems to
cover the same material, so it may be an update of the C version. It is
not available from PH direct, but can be ordered through a good bookstore.
I'll check Amazon later and post if it's NOT available there (otherwise
assume that I ordered it and then got busy and forgot about it).
