The two t/pmc/complex.t tests fixed with r35429.

The one
#   Failed test 'I/O buffering'
#   at t/pmc/io.t line 434.
I cannot reproduce.
Looks like a perl5 PERLIO issue to me. Maybe we should set this env in
these tests.
