Yes, but wouldn't this give us backward compatibility problems? For
example, code like
$result = m/(.)/Insensitive, ord $1;
And, I don't really see the need for the comma.
m/.../CountInsensitive (instead of m/.../ti)
(Camel case strikes back!)
